Key Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Maintain outstanding corner condition and visual merchandising standards.
• Keep the sales area fully stocked with products.
• Ascertain customers’ needs and wants and recommend suitable products.
• Welcome and greet customers warmly.
• Manage point-of-sale processes efficiently and accurately.
• Actively participate in the receiving of new product shipments.
• Stay up-to-date with all product information and accurately describe product features.

Requirements

• Experience in a customer-facing sales role.
• Strong understanding of customer satisfaction principles.
• Proficiency in providing excellent sales service.
• Familiarity with visual merchandising techniques.
• Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• Ability to provide detailed product information.
• A proactive and enthusiastic approach to assisting customers.
