About the Role

CROWN Packaging Manufacturing Italy S.r.l. is seeking an experienced and dedicated Planner III to join our team in Parma. This senior-level position is critical to optimizing our manufacturing operations. You will be responsible for enhancing production schedules, ensuring smooth material flow, and maintaining optimal inventory levels to guarantee the efficient and timely delivery of our high-quality packaging products.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and execute complex production schedules in alignment with sales forecasts, customer orders, and plant capacity.
• Analyze production data to identify and address potential bottlenecks or inefficiencies.
• Manage and optimize material flow throughout the manufacturing process.
• Monitor and control inventory levels to meet production demands while minimizing holding costs.
• Collaborate with various departments, including sales, production, and logistics, to ensure seamless operations.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within manufacturing operations.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Planner, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of production scheduling principles.
• Experience with material flow management.
• Knowledge of inventory level optimization.
• Familiarity with manufacturing operations.
• Ability to interpret and utilize sales forecasts.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
