EcoSure, a division of Ecolab and a global leader in food safety and brand protection, is seeking a freelance Food Safety & Brand Standards Auditor to join our team in Germany. This is an excellent opportunity to support leading food service brands by conducting on-site audits and providing expert consulting to ensure alignment with brand standards and enhance the guest experience.

About the Role

As a Food Safety & Brand Standards Auditor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the high standards of our clients. You will be responsible for evaluating various aspects of their operations, offering guidance, and fostering strong relationships to drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive food safety, health & hygiene, and brand standards audits at client locations.
• Provide valuable consulting services to clients, focusing on food safety and hygiene best practices.
• Cultivate and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients.

Requirements

We are looking for motivated individuals who possess the following qualifications and attributes:

• Fluency in both German and English.
• Demonstrated experience in food safety auditing, ideally within sectors such as food retail, hotel food and beverage, convenience stores, or gas stations.
• Possession of relevant food safety qualifications, such as HACCP or ISO 22000.
• Ability to efficiently manage and cover the assigned territory.
• A valid driving license and access to your own vehicle.
• A genuine passion for coaching and educating in food-related environments.
• Comfort and capability in working independently.

Availability

• Long-term availability for recurring audit assignments.
• Flexibility to support quarterly audits and re-audits as needed.
