About the Role

Hub Affiliations is seeking a dynamic Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to join our fast-growing international team in Naples, Italy. As a key executive, you will work closely with the CFO to drive growth and profitability within the iGaming and digital performance sectors. This is an on-site, permanent position in a data-driven, competitive environment that values continuous testing and a strong focus on ROI.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies focused on performance and growth.
• Oversee all aspects of affiliate and performance marketing initiatives.
• Analyze data and market trends to identify new opportunities and optimize campaigns.
• Ensure a strong focus on Return on Investment (ROI) and profitability across all marketing activities.
• Collaborate closely with the CFO and other key stakeholders to align marketing efforts with business objectives.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Performance Marketing and Growth Marketing.
• Strong background in Affiliate Marketing, particularly within the iGaming industry.
• Demonstrated ability to drive ROI and profitability.
• Experience in a data-driven, highly competitive market.
• Executive-level leadership experience.
