About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and technically adept Inside Sales Representative to join our team and represent one of the world's largest technology companies specializing in file sharing and storage. This role involves building and maintaining strong business relationships with clients, acting as a product and service advocate, and driving interest in the client's value proposition.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a product and service advocate for the client, building interest and awareness of their value proposition.
  • Build and foster strong client relationships.
  • Clearly articulate technical and business value propositions via phone and email.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals and presentations as needed.
  • Conduct online demonstrations of services.
  • Provide technical information for products and services.
  • Make a high volume of outbound calls to new prospects and existing accounts.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum of one year of sales experience, preferably in telesales or B2B sales.
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English is essential.
  • Experience in Account Management within the Small and Medium-sized Business (SMB) space is preferred.

  • Proven success in a quota-driven, high-demand sales environment.

  • Ability to learn quickly and maintain comprehensive knowledge of client products and services.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong telephone presence.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and relevant computer software and hardware.
