About the Role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Generalist UX/UI Designer to join our team in Modena, Italy. In this permanent, onsite role, you will play a crucial part in shaping the user experience of our groundbreaking BIM software.

Key Responsibilities

• Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces for our BIM software.
• Conduct user research and translate findings into actionable design improvements.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define and implement user-centered design solutions.
• Contribute to the overall digital transformation of the construction process.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer.
• Strong understanding of UX principles and best practices.
• Proficiency in UI design tools.
• Familiarity with BIM software concepts.
• Experience or interest in digitalizing the construction process.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
