About the Role

AbbVie is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Product Specialist to join our Neuroscience team. This is an onsite role based in Rome, Italy, offering a permanent contract. You will play a crucial role in driving sales performance and achieving key business objectives within the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales performance, brand Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), financial targets, and marketing objectives.
• Develop pre-call plans with SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound) objectives and conduct post-call evaluations to continuously enhance sales performance.
• Effectively manage objections, misunderstandings, and concerns to consistently secure logical and reasonable calls to action, ultimately closing sales.
• Proactively and consistently strive to serve customers.
