We are seeking a passionate and driven Regional Sales Director to lead our UKI and Northern Europe region. This remote, permanent role offers significant opportunities for career growth within a rapidly expanding team.

About the Role

As the Regional Sales Director, you will be instrumental in accelerating our growth across the UKI and Northern Europe. You will develop and execute commercial strategies, manage channel partners, and drive business development initiatives to meet and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the commercial strategy for the UKI and Northern Europe region.
  • Define and execute strategies with Distributors and Wholesalers, including channel management and marketing development.
  • Create and implement plans for business verticals and overall business development.
  • Achieve and surpass assigned sales targets by securing new accounts and increasing revenue.
  • Drive revenue growth in assigned regions by identifying, recruiting, and developing opportunities for direct sales and partnerships.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of Stellar Cyber's products, technologies, competitive landscape, and industry trends.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in technology sales with a consistent record of exceeding sales targets.
  • 2-5 years of experience in the cybersecurity sector.
  • Experience with complex solution sales in SaaS, PaaS, IaaS, or Networking is a strong advantage.
  • A four-year degree or equivalent in a related discipline (e.g., information technology, computer science, business, or engineering).
  • Demonstrated technical acumen to effectively articulate Stellar Cyber's value proposition.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Start-up experience is a plus.
  • Must ideally reside in the UK or Germany.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
