Bulgari Hotels & Resorts is seeking a dedicated and experienced Hostess to join our team in Rome. This is a permanent, onsite position for a mid-level professional.

About the Role

As a Hostess, you will be instrumental in ensuring an exceptional guest experience. You will be the first point of contact for our guests, embodying the luxury and service standards of Bulgari Hotels & Resorts.

Key Responsibilities

• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly, acknowledging guests even during busy periods.
• Maintain positive guest relations through attentive and personalized service.
• Possess comprehensive knowledge of all hotel services, features, and local attractions to accurately answer guest inquiries.
• Handle guest complaints effectively by following established pacification procedures to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Answer outlet telephones within three rings, adhering to correct greeting and telephone etiquette.
• Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of designated areas.

Requirements

• Proven experience in guest relations and customer service within the hospitality industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with hotel operations.
• A professional and welcoming demeanor.
