Business Analyst - Retail (Remote, Permanent)
Capgemini is seeking a talented and experienced Business Analyst to join our team in Bengaluru. This is a permanent, remote position for a mid-level professional.
About the Role
As a Business Analyst at Capgemini, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing business transformation programs. You will collaborate closely with clients to understand their priorities, shape transformation roadmaps, and drive innovation. Your responsibilities will include structuring client problems, developing and implementing solutions, and advising on IT strategy, application portfolio rationalization, cost optimization, and IT simplification. You will also develop and implement strategies for business process improvement, enhance operational efficiency, and achieve cost savings. This involves documenting existing processes, analyzing data, recommending enhancements, and monitoring the success of improvement initiatives.
Your Profile
We are looking for candidates with 5 to 10 years of experience in Digital Transformation, Process Consulting, or Business Consulting. A Master's degree in Business Administration from a Tier I institute is required.
Key Skills and Experience:
- Extensive experience in BFSI consulting, process reengineering, and digital transformation.
- Experience and knowledge in two to three domains such as Corporate Banking, Cards and Payments, Credits and Lending, Wealth Management, Insurance, Corporate Finance, Trade Finance, or Treasury.
- Proven experience with Artificial Intelligence technologies across projects, initiatives, or product development, delivering measurable business outcomes.
- Good experience working with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile program management methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
