Mindrift is seeking US Bar-admitted legal professionals for project-based AI training opportunities with leading technology companies. This role focuses on testing, evaluating, and improving AI systems through specialized tasks. Please note that this is a project-based engagement, not permanent employment.

About the Opportunity

As a Freelance AI Trainer, you will contribute to the development and refinement of artificial intelligence. While specific tasks vary by project, your responsibilities may include:

• Generating prompts designed to challenge AI capabilities.
• Evaluating AI-generated responses for accuracy, logical consistency, and underlying assumptions.
• Improving AI reasoning processes to align with fundamental principles and established standards.
• Applying structured scoring criteria to assess the AI's multi-step problem-solving abilities.

Requirements

This opportunity is ideal for legal consultants and attorneys with experience in US law who are seeking flexible, part-time project work. Ideal candidates will possess:

• A law degree (Bachelor, J.D., LLM, or FLLM) obtained within the US educational system.
• A minimum of 2 years of legal practice experience within a US jurisdiction.
• Strong written English proficiency (equivalent to C1/C2 level).
• A stable internet connection.

Project Details

• Work Model: Remote
• Contract: Freelance
• Estimated Time Commitment: Approximately 10–20 hours per week during active project phases. This is an estimate and not a guaranteed workload.
• Compensation: Up to $35 per hour equivalent, based on your qualifications and performance. Compensation may vary for different projects on the Mindrift platform.
