Costa degli Ulivi spa is seeking a passionate, motivated, and ambitious individual to join the Reception team at the Splendid Hotel La Torre in Palermo. This is a unique opportunity to become a long-term partner, stepping into the role of Night Auditor as our current employee retires. The position will become available in February/March 2025, starting with a long seasonal contract, with the potential to transition to a permanent, full-time position based on positive performance.

About the Role

As our Night Porter, you will be the primary point of contact for guests during the night. This role requires a blend of excellent customer service, administrative skills, and the ability to manage financial transactions accurately. You will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for all guests throughout the night.

Key Responsibilities

• Performing reception duties, including check-in and check-out procedures.
• Providing exceptional customer service to guests during night hours.
• Handling guest inquiries and resolving issues effectively and efficiently.
• Managing cash handling and financial transactions accurately.
• Ensuring the security and smooth operation of the hotel during the night.
