Machine Leader

About the Role

Sidel is seeking a motivated Machine Leader to join their production department in Parma, Italy. Reporting to the Workshop Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing small groups, modules, and equipment within the manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all activities are performed in accordance with defined safety rules and standards.
• Proactively identify and highlight potential improvements and any dangerous or unsafe behaviors.
• Execute routine and standard production activities as required.
• Monitor and track activities using relevant modules and forms.
• Identify and report any deviations from standard operating times.

Requirements

• Experience in a production or workshop environment.
• Familiarity with safety rules and standards.
• Ability to work with modules and equipment.
• A proactive approach to identifying improvements and safety concerns.
