About the Role

Leonardo is seeking a Product Owner (IAM) to join the Cys - Gcap Joint Venture Headquarters in Genova. This is a permanent, onsite position for a mid-level professional.

As a Product Owner, you will play a crucial role in the development and management of Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions within the context of Aerospace, Defence, and Security.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and prioritize the product backlog for IAM solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into user stories.
• Ensure the successful delivery of IAM features and functionalities.
• Work closely with development teams throughout the product lifecycle.
• Contribute to the strategic direction of IAM within Leonardo's operations.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Owner.
• Strong understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) principles and technologies.
• Familiarity with Cyber Security concepts.
• Experience within the Aerospace and Defence industries is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
