Once Upon a Time Tours is seeking a Part-Time Tour Coordinator to join our team in Rome. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior-level professional looking to gain experience in the tourism industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the flow of tourists and guides to ensure smooth tour operations.
• Ensure that tours start on time and run according to schedule.
• Maintain excellent communication with customers, guides, and your supervisor.

Requirements

• 1 year of experience in a related field is preferred.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Knowledge of Spanish and French is preferred.
