About the Role

The General Manager will be responsible for the overall management and strategic direction of the hotel. This includes overseeing all daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving financial performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring seamless service across all departments.
• Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team to achieve operational excellence.
• Drive revenue growth through strategic planning, sales initiatives, and cost control measures.
• Ensure the highest standards of guest satisfaction by consistently delivering exceptional service.
• Implement and maintain operational policies and procedures.
• Manage budgets, financial reporting, and P&L responsibilities.
• Foster a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior hotel management role.
• Strong understanding of Hotel Operations.
• Demonstrated ability in Team Leadership and development.
• Track record of achieving Revenue Growth.
• Commitment to ensuring high levels of Guest Satisfaction.
• Experience in Strategic Planning and execution.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English is required.
