About the Role
As a Customer Operations & Writing Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for thousands of startup founders, investors, and attorneys. These customers rely on Clerky for critical legal documentation, often under tight deadlines. This role is unique due to the nuanced and specialized nature of customer inquiries, requiring critical thinking, precise writing, and a deep commitment to customer success. You will gain significant knowledge about startups and startup law while continuously learning and refining your skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Write thoughtful and empathetic replies to customer emails using our help desk software, Help Scout.
- Create and maintain help center articles, identifying new topics based on customer inquiries.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to troubleshoot software issues encountered by customers.
- Utilize our software to develop and manage new processes for customers completing legal paperwork.
- Assist the product team by testing new features and bug fixes, and relaying customer feedback.
- Identify and report trends in customer issues to other team members.
