Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal and compliance advice across the Esaote Group, reporting to the function’s management.
• Serve as a liaison with Group Companies.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a legal professional.
• Strong understanding of Compliance and Corporate Law.
• Experience in providing Legal Advice and Legal Counsel.
• Familiarity with Group Companies.
