Sales Advisor - Movistar Prepaid (Mexico Market) - Remote

About the Role

As a Sales Advisor for Movistar Prepaid, you will be responsible for providing telephone support to Movistar customers, promoting and closing sales of prepaid telephony services. Your goal will be to meet commercial targets and quality standards, contributing to the business's growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Make calls to potential and existing customers.
• Promote Movistar prepaid services.
• Close sales following established protocols.
• Meet sales, quality, and productivity targets.

Work Schedule

• Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (includes 45 minutes break + 15 minutes for personal needs).
• Fixed days off on Sundays and public holidays.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Experience in sales or a call center environment is desirable but not essential.
• Must have a laptop or PC with a stable internet connection (mobile data is not accepted).
