About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Business Controller to join our team in Padova. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional to gain valuable experience within the dynamic luxury eyewear industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Business Controlling team in various financial and operational tasks.
• Assist in the analysis of financial performance and key business indicators.
• Contribute to budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Help monitor and report on brand development initiatives.
• Collaborate with different departments to gather and consolidate financial data.

Requirements

• Previous experience or a strong academic background in Business Controlling or a related financial field.
• Familiarity with the luxury goods or manufacturing sectors is a plus.
• Proficiency in relevant financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Fluency in English.
