About the Role

Starhotels is seeking an experienced F&B Director to join the team at the prestigious Hotel Gabrielli, located in the heart of Venice. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the Food & Beverage department and inspire a team to deliver extraordinary guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive F&B strategy, with a strong focus on revenue growth and achieving company objectives.
• Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of all F&B departments, including the Restaurant, Bar, Room Service, Kitchen, and Events Sales.
• Lead and motivate the F&B team to consistently deliver exceptional service.
• Oversee all aspects of F&B operations, ensuring high standards of quality and guest satisfaction.
