Quinncia Inc is seeking a talented Frontend Developer to join our fully remote team. We are a career readiness platform that leverages AI to improve college student outcomes by enhancing resumes and interview skills. Our mission is to integrate career readiness into academic curricula, ensuring graduates find employment within 90 days.

About the Role

As a Frontend Developer, you will be a core member of our team, contributing to the enhancement of our UI/UX, streamlining operations, and strengthening our technical foundation. You will have the opportunity to influence how features are built, take ownership of end-to-end product quality, and ensure the reliability of our application and website. We value high-quality code, automation, reusable code, and a continuous learning mindset, embracing new technologies, patterns, and paradigms.

Key Responsibilities

Enhance the user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) of our platform.
Streamline operational processes through frontend development.
Improve the technical foundation of our application and website.
Write high-quality, well-tested code.
Identify opportunities for automation.
Develop and package reusable code components.
Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies, patterns, and paradigms.

Projects You'll Be Working On

Chatbots
Computer vision
Data visualization
Machine learning
Natural language processing
Video processing/conferencing

Requirements

Profound knowledge of JavaScript.
Experience with TypeScript.
Experience with Next.js.
Practical and recent experience with React.js.
Experience communicating with RESTful services.
Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest).
Experience with JavaScript code bundling tools (e.g., Webpack).
Deep knowledge of CSS and preprocessors (e.g., Sass).
Experience with GraphQL.
Strong logical skills.
Understanding of design patterns and ability to predict edge cases.
Good understanding of UI and UX principles.
Availability for overlap with the 10 AM - 1 PM EST time zone.
