USN Ltd is seeking a senior Financial Controller to join our team in Rome. This role reports to the Group CFO and CEO, overseeing the local finance function, consolidating reports, and providing crucial strategic support for business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the finance function, including general accounting, sales, expenses, and reconciliations.
• Prepare financial statements, management reports with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), budgets, and forecasts.
• Analyze cash flow, margins, and profitability by product and channel.
• Monitor company performance and provide insights to drive strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Financial Controller.
• Strong understanding of general accounting principles.
• Proficiency in preparing financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
• Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.
