About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an HR Intern, focusing on Functional Learning. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior professional to gain hands-on experience within a dynamic, international manufacturing group. You will be involved in supporting learning initiatives and contributing to the development of our functional training programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the administration and coordination of learning and development programs.
• Support the implementation of new learning technologies and automation tools.
• Help in the creation and updating of training materials.
• Contribute to the tracking and reporting of training activities.
• Collaborate with the HR team on various functional learning projects.

Requirements

• A degree in a relevant field (e.g., Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration).
• Interest in HR, particularly in learning and development.
• Familiarity with or a strong interest in automation and packaging technologies is a plus.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English.
