About the Role
As the Arrivals & Departures Coordinator, you will work under the direction of the Arrivals and Departures Manager. Your primary responsibility will be to provide a world-class welcome and farewell experience for guests arriving at and departing from the airport. You will be the first and last point of contact for guests, playing a vital role in shaping their overall impression of the event and our hospitality programme.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet guests at the airport upon arrival and assist them with their onward journey.
- Escort guests to the airport for their departure, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Deliver exceptional service excellence to exceed guest expectations at all touchpoints.
- Contribute to creating lasting positive impressions for all guests.

Requirements
