RINA is seeking a motivated Global Anti Bribery Specialist to join its Global ESG & Compliance Division in Genoa, Italy. This is a fixed-term contract position to cover a maternity leave.

About the Role

As the Global Anti Bribery Specialist, you will support the Global Sustainability and Compliance Executive Director. Your primary focus will be to ensure RINA's anti-bribery management systems comply with relevant regulations and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of RINA's anti-bribery policies and procedures.
• Support compliance monitoring and risk assessment activities related to bribery and corruption.
• Contribute to the development and delivery of anti-bribery training programs.
• Help in investigating potential breaches of anti-bribery policies.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to promote a culture of integrity and compliance.
• Support the Global Sustainability and Compliance Executive Director in various compliance-related tasks.

Requirements

• Junior level of experience in a relevant field.
• Understanding of Anti Bribery principles and practices.
• Familiarity with Compliance frameworks.
• Knowledge of ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) and Sustainability concepts is a plus.
• Good management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Fluency in English.
