About the Role

We are seeking an experienced SAP Time Expert Consultant to join our team in Arezzo. This is a permanent, onsite position where you will leverage your deep knowledge of SAP Time Management to support our clients' Human Capital Management needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert consultation and implementation services for SAP Time Management solutions.
• Analyze client requirements and design effective solutions within the SAP HCM framework.
• Configure and customize SAP Time Management modules to meet specific business needs.
• Support and troubleshoot existing SAP Time Management configurations.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP HCM functionalities and best practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an SAP Consultant with a specialization in Time Management.
• Strong understanding of SAP HCM, including Time Management and its integration with Payroll.
• Experience in configuring and implementing SAP Time Management solutions.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
