About the Role

As an International Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end hiring process for a variety of roles. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. This role offers the chance to work remotely and contribute to building diverse and skilled teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with managers to identify talent requirements.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer.
• Develop and implement effective global recruitment strategies.
• Engage with multilingual talent pools, particularly across Asia.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment.
• Experience in Global Recruitment and managing the Hiring Process.
• Ability to work independently as a Freelancer.
• Strong understanding of international hiring practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
