FAAC Technologies, a global leader in access automation, parking, and access control solutions, is seeking an experienced and motivated Internal Auditor to join our Corporate Internal Audit team. With a significant international presence, including 50 sales companies, over 3,700 employees worldwide, and 18 manufacturing plants, we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of operation and compliance.

About the Role

As an Internal Auditor, you will play a crucial role in assessing and improving the effectiveness of our internal control systems. You will contribute to the execution of comprehensive audits and reviews across various business processes. This position is based at our Headquarters in Zola Predosa, Bologna.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute internal audit engagements, including planning, fieldwork, and reporting.
• Review and assess business processes to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and corporate policies.
• Identify risks and control weaknesses within the organization.
• Provide recommendations for improving internal controls and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across different departments to gather information and discuss audit findings.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Internal Audit.
• Strong understanding of compliance frameworks and best practices.
• Knowledge of business processes within the manufacturing industry is a plus.
• Familiarity with relevant regulations and corporate policies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
