About the Role

This role involves providing expert legal advice and support to internal stakeholders within leading global organizations. You will be instrumental in managing various legal aspects of commercial agreements and ensuring compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clear, commercial legal advice to internal stakeholders.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial and supplier contracts.
• Support regulatory and marketing compliance initiatives.
• Cultivate and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with internal business partners and cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• 3-6 years of significant transactional experience, ideally gained in an in-house legal setting.
• Proven experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts within an in-house environment.
• Demonstrated ability to work confidently with internal stakeholders and external advisors.
• Strong skills in issue spotting and contract planning.
• Must possess full Australian working rights and be eligible to practice law in Australia.
