Program Manager

About the Role

Sidel is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead development projects from inception through to commercial release. This role is based onsite in Parma, Italy. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring projects meet targets for budget, quality, product cost, and time to market.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead multiple projects and initiatives.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product development, innovation, supply chain, and sales.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, clearly defining project scope, goals, and timelines.
• Manage and control project budgets.
• Ensure the quality of developed products.
• Monitor and manage product costs.
• Drive projects to meet established time-to-market objectives.

• Proven experience in program management.
• Strong skills in project planning.
• Demonstrated ability in budget control.
• Experience in product development.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Senior-level experience is required.
