The Gritti Palace, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Venice is seeking a motivated Restaurant Commis to join our team for the 2025 Season. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in a world-renowned luxury hotel.

About the Role

As a Restaurant Commis, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our breakfast service. You will support the restaurant team, contributing to an exceptional dining experience for our guests. This is a seasonal, part-time, onsite position.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and setup of the breakfast service area.
• Support the kitchen and service staff during breakfast hours.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining and service areas.
• Provide excellent customer service to guests during breakfast.
• Adhere to all hotel standards and procedures.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar role, particularly with Breakfast Service, is advantageous.
• Familiarity with Restaurant Operations.
• Strong Customer Service skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
