MSC Cruises is seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst to join our team in Naples. This role is pivotal in maintaining and enhancing our Guest IT Services, focusing on onboard platforms and integrated systems that directly impact the guest experience.

About the Role

As an IT Business Analyst, you will be instrumental in shaping successful IT projects by ensuring that business needs are clearly defined, understood, and translated into effective functional solutions. You will act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams, ensuring seamless communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle. Your focus will be on optimizing the guest journey, from the initial cruise reservation through to final disembarkation, with a strong emphasis on improving the overall guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve Guest IT Services, including onboard platforms and their integrated systems.
• Focus on enhancing the guest experience throughout their entire journey with MSC Cruises.
• Define, document, and manage business requirements for IT projects related to guest services.
• Translate business needs into clear and actionable functional specifications for IT development teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure IT solutions meet business objectives.
• Support the implementation and testing of new and existing IT systems.
• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst.
• Strong understanding of Guest IT Services and onboard platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to focus on and improve the guest experience.
• Experience in managing and contributing to IT projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively between business and IT departments.
