Enterprise Specialized Services Business Development Manager

About the Role
As an Enterprise Business Development Manager, you will be instrumental in expanding Keywords Studios’ Player Engagement Services with major enterprise game companies. You will collaborate across Keywords Divisions (Create, Globalize, Engage) to identify and execute "One Keywords" opportunities, promoting Player Engagement services and cultivating strong relationships with key stakeholders.
You will lead strategic deals, develop go-to-market plans, conduct negotiations, and manage customer RFIs/RFPs. Utilizing data and industry insights, you will navigate complex situations to achieve successful outcomes for both clients and Keywords. Your existing industry network will be leveraged to generate new opportunities, and you will represent Keywords at industry events.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Strategy
- Identify, build, and execute strategic deals and partnerships to accelerate Player Engagement Services adoption and revenue growth.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for cross-Keywords business opportunities within the Player Engagement team.
- Lead commercial and business discussions and negotiations for Player Engagement Services.
- Develop and implement go-to-market strategies to drive adoption of new product features.
- Respond to customer RFIs and RFPs.
- Leverage and expand your network within the games industry to create new opportunities, focusing on introducing Player Engagement Services and cross-selling other Keywords divisions.
- Represent Keywords at public forums, including conferences and speaking engagements.
Analytics
- Maintain CRM hygiene and provide regular reporting for weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews, including pipeline and progress for cross-Keywords opportunities.
Communication
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure alignment on business objectives and client initiatives.
- Present proposals, negotiate deals, and effectively communicate complex commercial opportunities.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and customer focus.
Requirements
- 7–10 years of business development experience, preferably within or related to the video game industry.
- Proven experience engaging with game publishers at executive levels (CxO, SVP, VP).
- Demonstrated experience negotiating and executing complex deals valued at over $10 million.
- Strong critical thinking, commercial creativity, and a process-driven approach to execution.
- A data-driven mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity.
- High attention to detail and the capacity to perform under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated and capable of thriving in a remote working environment.
- Willingness to travel as required.
