About the Role

As a Night Receptionist / Community Host, you will be a key player in ensuring the smooth operation of our unique hotel. Working alongside the Hotel Manager and Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of the hotel's functioning during the night. Your primary base will be the lounge and reception area, where you will be the welcoming face for our students and hotel guests, ready to assist with a friendly smile.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee hotel operations during the night shift.
• Provide exceptional customer service to students and hotel guests.
• Be available and approachable in the lounge/reception area.
• Address and resolve guest needs and inquiries.
• Contribute to a positive and vibrant community atmosphere.

Requirements

• Proven experience in customer service, reception, or the hospitality industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• A friendly, outgoing, and positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work night shifts.
