The Swatch Group S.p.A. is seeking a temporary, part-time Sales Assistant for their Tissot boutique in Florence. This is an onsite role requiring a native level of Spanish.

About the Role

As a Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the daily operations of the boutique and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for driving sales and contributing to the overall success of the Tissot brand in Florence.

Key Responsibilities

• Support operational tasks, ensuring awareness of company procedures and systems and maintaining compliance.
• Proactively identify and act upon opportunities to maximize sales across all product categories.
• Deliver an elevated customer experience, both during the sales process and through after-sales service.
• Drive results by consistently achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).

Requirements

• 3-4 years of experience in a Retail Sales Assistant role.
• Proven ability to drive sales and achieve KPIs.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• A strong work ethic with an understanding of the importance of exceeding expectations.
• Native-level proficiency in Spanish.
