PROCESS ENGINEER

About the Role

Michael Page is seeking a skilled Process Engineer to join their team in Bergamo. This is a permanent, onsite position focused on analyzing, mapping, and optimizing non-manufacturing business processes. You will play a crucial role in a large-scale transformation of workflows and digital systems, collaborating closely with internal functions and the HQ Process Intelligence Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze, map, and optimize business (non-manufacturing) processes.
• Collaborate intensively with the HQ Process Intelligence Team.
• Work closely with all internal functions to drive process improvements.
• Contribute to the transformation of workflows and digital systems.
• Improve process efficiency across the organization.
• Support the adoption of standard group solutions.
• Enable the organization to successfully implement new processes and systems.

Requirements

• Proven experience in process engineering.
• Strong understanding of process optimization techniques.
• Experience with workflow analysis.
• Familiarity with digital systems and their application in business processes.
• Ability to analyze and improve business processes.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
