About the Role

As a Junior HR Recruiter, you will be an integral part of our Talent Acquisition function, supporting the recruitment process and contributing to finding the best talent for Prometeia. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your HR career in a fast-paced and international environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
• Assist in identifying and attracting potential candidates through various channels.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.
• Maintain candidate databases and ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Contribute to improving recruitment processes and strategies.

Requirements

• A proactive and curious mindset, eager to learn and take on new challenges.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving abilities.
• An interest in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition.
• Previous experience in recruiting or talent acquisition is a plus.
