Booker is seeking a dedicated Cleaner to maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of our branch in Great Yarmouth. This onsite role is crucial to ensuring a safe, welcoming, and efficient environment for our staff and customers.
About the Role
As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for a range of cleaning and maintenance duties to keep our facilities in excellent condition. This includes performing routine cleaning tasks, undertaking special projects, and identifying any maintenance needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean, stock, and supply designated facility areas, including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and restroom cleaning.
- Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities.
- Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects as required.
- Notify management of any deficiencies or repair needs.
- Perform minor adjustments and repairs.
- Maintain and stock supply rooms.
- Cooperate effectively with colleagues.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
