Pirelli is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Compliance Intern, focusing on Processes and Rules. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience within a leading global manufacturing company.

About the Role

As a Compliance Intern, you will work closely with your tutor to support the drafting, implementation, and monitoring of company policies, procedures, and best practices. You will play a key role in ensuring adherence to established guidelines and contribute to the continuous improvement of our operational processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the drafting, implementation, and monitoring of Policies, Procedures, and best practices.
• Coordinate with various internal functions to manage day-to-day requests, projects, and initiatives.
• Support relevant departments in implementing corrective actions for process-related issues, such as findings from Internal Audits or Segregation of Duties (SoD) matters.
