About the Role
As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for Italian-speaking customers, providing exceptional support via phone, email, and chat. You will assist with a range of inquiries, from product information and services to warranties and technical support, ensuring every customer interaction is professional, efficient, and reflects the prestige of the brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to Italian-speaking customers.

What We Offer
- Competitive Salary:
- Base Salary: €1,045.72 gross per month.
- Performance Bonus: Up to €250.00, subject to target achievement.
- Salary Increase: €1,100.00 gross per month after 12 months of employment.

Requirements
- Language Proficiency:
- Italian: C1 level (native or near-native).
- English: B2 level (intermediate to upper-intermediate).
