Moxy Hotel Verona - Front Office Agent / Bartender (Including Night Shifts)

About the Role

Moxy Hotel Verona, opening in Summer 2025, is seeking two enthusiastic Crew Members to join their team as Front Office Agents and Bartenders. This is a full-time, permanent position with a 40-hour work week, involving rotating shifts that include night shifts.

Key Responsibilities

As a multi-tasking Moxy Crew Member, you will be the face of the hotel, responsible for:

• Providing exceptional front office services to guests.
• Mixing and serving drinks as a skilled bartender.
• Ensuring a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere for all guests.
• Handling various guest needs and requests efficiently.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a Front Office Agent role.
• Demonstrated skills and experience as a Bartender.
• Strong customer service and hospitality background.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including night shifts.
