About the Role

Onside Capital is seeking a full-time, remote Equity Partner to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal executive role, you will be instrumental in identifying and analyzing potential investment opportunities, raising equity, and cultivating strategic partnerships. Your responsibilities will extend to overseeing the financial performance of our portfolio, managing crucial investor relations, conducting in-depth market research, and contributing to the strategic development of the firm's portfolio, ensuring alignment with overarching business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and analyze potential real estate investment opportunities.
• Lead equity raising initiatives.
• Develop and maintain strategic partnerships.
• Oversee the financial performance of the investment portfolio.
• Manage and nurture investor relations.
• Conduct thorough market research and data interpretation.
• Contribute to the firm's overall portfolio strategy.

Requirements

• Strong capabilities in Financial Analysis, Forecasting, and Budgeting.
• Proficiency in Market Research and Data Interpretation.
• Demonstrated experience in Real Estate Investment and Portfolio Management.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a focus on investor relations.
• Proven ability to negotiate and structure deals effectively.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• High level of organizational and project management skills.
• A bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field. An advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, CAIA) is a plus.
• Prior experience in real estate investment or private equity is strongly preferred.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a remote environment.
