About the Role

MSC Technology Italia srl is seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to join their HR team in Turin. This is a permanent, onsite position for a mid-level professional.

Key Responsibilities

• Process timesheets and transmit data to the payroll firm using the Zucchetti system.
• Ensure timely and accurate payroll runs, adhering to company and regulatory deadlines.
• Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies by analyzing relevant information.
• Manage employee documentation, including job offers, contracts, and compensation letters.
• Handle wage cessions and garnishments.
• Support employee inquiries related to payroll.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Payroll Specialist.
• Proficiency with the Zucchetti payroll system.
• Strong understanding of payroll processes and regulations.
• Experience in managing employee documentation.
• Familiarity with HR processes and best practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
