About the Role
Huntress is looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our expanding team and help us grow our presence in the Mid-Market segment. Reporting to the Manager, Sales Development - EMEA, you will be instrumental in driving revenue growth by identifying new relationships and qualifying opportunities for the Mid-Market Account Executive team. This is a quota-driven role focused on building and managing a pipeline of Value-Added Resellers (VARs) and Internal IT departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting to Internal IT Departments and Value-Added Resellers (businesses with 100-3000 employees) via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
- Build trust and rapport with VARs to understand their solutions, team structure, territories, and ideal customer profiles.
- Collaborate on developing outbound prospecting strategies for both VARs and Mid-Market Internal IT Departments.
- Develop and manage a contact and opportunity pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Work closely with the Account Executive team to schedule demos and support deal closures.
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
- Maintain data accuracy and hygiene in Salesforce (SFDC), documenting all interactions.
- Develop a deep understanding of Huntress' cybersecurity products, our human-led SOC, educational webinars, and competitor offerings.

Requirements
- At least one year of outbound calling experience, ideally within cybersecurity, technology, or SaaS, with a proven track record of success.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity solutions, including endpoint security.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Experience using Salesforce and sales engagement tools (e.g., LinkedIn, Outreach, Sales Navigator).
- Familiarity with the VAR/reseller community is a plus.
