CBRE is seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team, focusing on recruiting Technicians for our Hard Facility Service division. This is an excellent opportunity for a mid-level professional to contribute to a leading global real estate services firm.

About the Role

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting skilled technical talent. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for Technician roles within our GWS (Global Workplace Solutions) segment. This position is based in either Milan or Rome.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Conduct thorough screening of applications and resumes.
• Manage the selection process, including interviews and assessments.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment.
• Proficiency in Sourcing, Screening, and Selection techniques.
• Experience within the real estate or facilities management industry is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
