About the Role

The Accounting & Tax Manager will be responsible for the performance and optimization of all accounting and tax activities at the Parma site. This role requires ensuring full compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all accounting functions.
• Ensure compliance with all tax regulations and filings.
• Drive the optimization of accounting and tax processes.
• Lead and develop the local finance team.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on financial matters.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Finance or Audit.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in finance management.
• At least 5 years of experience in audit.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Fluency in English.
