About the Role

Boston Scientific is seeking a dedicated and experienced Field Clinical Specialist to join our Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) team. This role is crucial in ensuring the safe and effective use of our CRM systems. You will be responsible for providing expert clinical product and technical assistance, as well as comprehensive training, to physicians, CRM Lab Staff, and sales representatives. Your support will be vital during case procedures within your assigned territory, contributing to successful patient outcomes and fostering strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert clinical and technical assistance on CRM systems during case procedures.
• Deliver effective product training to physicians, CRM Lab Staff, and sales representatives.
• Ensure the safe and effective use of CRM systems by all stakeholders.
• Support sales representatives in their efforts to promote and sell CRM products.
• Operate within an assigned geographical territory, with a preference for candidates located in Modena or Reggio Emilia.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Clinical Specialist, ideally within Cardiac Rhythm Management.
• Strong understanding of Medical Devices, particularly in the CRM field.
• Demonstrated ability in Product Training and Case Support.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
