About the Role

We are looking for an Assistant Housekeeping Manager and Maids to contribute to the success of our new luxury resort. Key Responsibilities (Assistant Housekeeping Manager)

• Assist in overseeing all housekeeping operations to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Support the Housekeeping Manager in leading and motivating the housekeeping team.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of housekeeping procedures.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by maintaining immaculate rooms and public areas.

Key Responsibilities (Maids)

• Perform daily cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas according to established standards.
• Replenish amenities and linens as required.
• Report any maintenance issues or guest requests promptly.
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure a pristine environment for guests.

Requirements

• Proven experience in housekeeping within the hospitality industry, preferably in a luxury or resort setting.
• For the Assistant Housekeeping Manager role, previous supervisory or management experience is essential.
• A strong understanding of housekeeping best practices and standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest service.
• Fluency in English is advantageous.
