About the Role
As a Transport Coordinator, you will be an integral part of the Transport Team, responsible for developing and implementing the comprehensive transport strategy and system for the event's hospitality programme. You will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure seamless and efficient transportation for all involved.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with pre-event planning and preparation of all transport systems.
- Develop and refine the overall transport strategy.
- Source and contract transport suppliers.
- Research and draft all transport routes.
- Prepare robust transport contingency plans.
- Develop and deliver driver training programmes.
Requirements
- Proven experience in developing and implementing transport strategies.
